| Schedule | First Day: 5–7 pm room check-in only | 7:30 pm lunch 8:45 pm brief introduction of the retreat orientation followed by a silent meditation Daily Schedule: Morning: 7–8 am >> meditation followed by body or breathing exploration 10–12 am >> body practice Afternoon: 3:30–6:30 pm teaching - dialogue followed by a short session of body practice In the evening a silent meditation Last day: the retreat ends just before lunch. |

| Teaching prices and conditions | Sponsor : 360€ - Attendee 330€ - Assisted : 310€ (deposit of 120€ via bank transfer to confirm your registration) Deadline for registration : 10 days before the retreat on monday, October 20th. Cancellation conditions In the event of cancellation of a course by us (very exceptional), the full amount paid will be refunded or carried over to a future course, at your request. In the event of written cancellation by you: > more than 3 weeks before the start of the course, a flat-rate fee of €40 will be retained to cover administrative costs. The balance of the deposit will be returned to you or transferred to another course at your request. > Less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, half of the deposit will be retained; the other half may be reimbursed or carried over to another course at your request. All cancellations will be settled within one month of your cancellation. Any retreat started and then interrupted by the participant, for any reason whatsoever, will not be reimbursed. |
